COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

This website is under the rightful ownership of Billy Wilkins, and BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY. This website has been created and is currently operated under WiX.com with the current Editor, Andrew Blake Mims. A formal request must be filed in order to obtain our logo, or anything else pertaining to our Website and our social media pages, for business inquiries and/or sponsorships, etc. You can make this formal request to our email buckshotspeedway@gmail.com

ANY RETRIEVAL WITH OUT PERMISSION FROM OUR WEBSITE AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES CAN RESULT IN LAWFUL ACTION UNDER COPYRIGHT CLAIM RIGHTS.

 

Any and all photography and/or video taken and provided by hired staff during any of BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY's race events are under free use for BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY's website and social media pages. Requests to remove any content that contains an issue with in a consumer that is in relation and/or featured in any of the photography/video content taken, can request for the removal of said content, but is not legally bound to force BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY into removing any content regarding our facility, events, participants, or any other areas with in the property.

 

YOU PAID YOUR WAY TO PARTICIPATE ON OUR PROPERTY, IN OUR EVENTS, SO WE HAVE RIGHTS INTO UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO CONTENT PERTAINING TO OUR PROPERTY AND OUR EVENTS.

All inquiries and details with current BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY partnered series or sponsorships regarding photography/video contents are held in due respect of each others copyright claims and policies. PRICES AND OFFERING OF SERVICES

• A Pit Entrance Fee of $30 is required in order to enter the pit area of our facility and to participate in our events. (Unless changed due to a special race event.)

• A Spectator Entrance Fee of $12 is required in order to spectate the race event provided by the drivers. (Unless changed due to a special race event.)

• The only time Entrance Fee's change, is when a large race takes place, and any increase in Entrance Fee's are posted on our social media pages.

• ALL Drivers must sign documentation agreeing to ALL of our Race Facility rules, acknowledge, and accept, that BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY will not be held accountable for any bodily injury during your participation in our race events.

• These entry fees are always subject to change at the Track Owners expense. Please keep up to date with any changes regarding our Ticket prices on our FACEBOOK PAGE or on our PRICING page.

• ALL Children the age of 13 and below must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times while inside the Pit area. We don't want any kids getting accidently run over by any race drivers who have limited site around their stock car. Our staff has the right to escort at least 1 parent/guardian, and the said child to the grandstand area, and have your pit wristbands removed and revoked for your own children's safety. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!

 

FACILITY WARNING ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

WARNING: All Patrons are subject to risk of injury by flying debris from the racetrack such as rocks, dirt clods, racecar parts, etc. Please remain alert at all times. Upon entering this facility, you assume this risk.

 

• SPECTATORS: We are not reliable for any lost or stolen items neither are we reliable for damaged property caused by flying debris (Or other means) any where with in the facility. YOUR PROPERTY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND YOU ASSUME THIS RISK WHEN ENTERING OUR FACILITY. (If any lost items are found, please find a staff member, who will then take it to a lost and found storage as an announcement will be made for the missing items.) 

• Please do NOT bring BBQ Grills, sell food, and/or sell drinks knowing that our facility has a concessions area that are selling these items. You will be warned and/or asked to leave the facility for monopolizing on the premises. DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR KINDNESS!

 

• DRIVERS: We are not reliable for ANY actions pertaining toward damages with your stock cars, nor personal vehicles, trailers, items, etc. A form is signed at the entrance of our facility acknowledging the risks taken to participate in our events.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT

Being able to view any upcoming events, updates, or changes to our facility operations is a privilege provided by BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY. We use our social media outlets as if they are the show room of our business operations and facility. We thank sponsors, provide information, answer any questions, and provide support to our fans and race drivers.

We encourage constructive feedback to help improve our facility for the sake of spectating our events in a more convenient and comfortable way, as well as how we could improve our rulesets, track surface, facility access and structures, etc.

WHAT WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE, are hateful, meaningless, and harassing comments and/or confrontations that lead to toxic behavior, slandering and leading other fans away for your own personal gains, and creating an uncomfortable environment for other race fans. BUCKSHOT SPEEDWAY has all rights on how we operate our social media outlets, and will remove comments, or ban recipients from our social media if we deem it harassing and uncivilized conduct in order to provide the best experience to the many race fans who wish to use this privilege to keep up with our race events and news updates.

(IN SHORT: No harassment, racism, slander, and/or arguing with track staff with in our social media pages. If you can't conduct yourself in a civilized manner, you will be banned from our socials and loose the privilege of seeing upcoming race events or news updates about our facility.)
